• Check that your harness is securely fastened to the built in straps (harness not included) 

• Not recommended for pets with mobility issues or very active pets who may try to jump out

Assembly: Minimal assembly required. Simply attach the seat to the base using the provided instructions and tools.

Warranty: Our Dream Seat comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please contact us for full warranty details or to make a claim.

Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our luxury pet items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchased products unless they are damaged during shipping.

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number.

• For items damaged during shipping, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

• We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-damaged items, including items that don't fit your pet or were purchased by mistake.

• Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
